KSEF is an Engineering body Consisting of Professionals with wide range of experience and expertise intends to pramote technical knowledge and offer wise range of technical services to the public in the developmental works of state.
“Karnataka Senior Engineers Forum (KSEF)” is extending an invitation to all the Senior Engineers in the state to enroll themselves as members so that their experience and expertise can be beneficially utilized to serve the humanity in general and society at large.

Engineer of 40 years age and above with Diploma, Degree, Post Graduate ,Doctorate with an experience of 15 years of service in the respective field of Engineering can be enrolled as a Life member of this organization.

Aims and objectives
The aim of this Organization (KSEF) is to pool professional talent, and expertise available in various fields of Engineering under one roof by pooling the services of Senior Engineers to create an healthy interaction between Government Agencies, Public and other connected organizations for the betterment of society.

To guide and work towards improving the quality of developmental and infrastructural works undertaken by various Government agencies by bridging the gaps in the theoretical Knowledge and in practical application of governing engineering principles. |

To guide and suggest measures for overall improvement of quality and living standards of general public.

To evolve a mechanism for healthy interaction between the Government agencies, public and other connected organizations for the betterment of the society.

To conduct lectures, seminars , workshops and Training Clases relating to developmental/ infrastructure works proposed to be undertaken by the Government and other Engineering institutions for the good of the society.

To encourage and promote Technical know-how to the public on the optimum utilization of civic services by holding regular interactions with the Government agencies, N.G.O's and general public.

To undertake consultancy services such as planning, preparation of project reports, quality monitoring and management of projects with a view to achieve the desired standards.

To constitute expert teams in differenct engineering fileds to lend Technical assistance to Governament. and other allied institutions.

To help and guide Government agencies / private agencies in dispute resolution mechanism.

|
To publish Technical journals, books and literatures on the latest developments in the field of Engineering so as to enhance their skills to enable them to adopt in the execution of works.
